Logical Advantage, LLC. a Charlotte, North Carolina based information technology (IT) consulting firm that specializes in the design, development and implementation of custom built Microsoft-based applications, announced today that they were awarded a contract to re-architect their CARTS (Container Asset Recovery Tracking System) asset tracking system.
