Logical Advantage, LLC a Charlotte, North Carolina based information technology (IT) consulting firm that specializes in the design, development and implementation of custom built applications, announced today that they were awarded a contract to design enhancements to Fluor's Deviations Management System. These enhancements will allow Fluor the ability to combine various Change Management systems into one system, the Deviation Management System. The system was originally designed and developed by Logical Advantage and has been in production for over a year.
