Marty is quiet and reserved; he thinks before he speaks and tends to let his work do the talking. He's one part leader, one part geek, one part visionary. He's a seasoned practitioner who realizes that architecting enterprise-class applications requires discipline, endurance, agility, speed and a high threshold for pain. Marty should know - he has a second-degree black belt in Karate.
He's also been architecting software solutions for more than 20 years utilizing a variety of Microsoft-driven technologies. After working for several Fortune 1000 companies, Marty entered consulting world and joined a large Microsoft Gold Partner, where he met John and Steve. A couple of years later, he joined Dan, John and Steve at Logical Advantage where he created LAAFSM, our application framework. Like John, Marty has his thumbprint on each project we implement. As Chief Solutions Officer, he ensures that each solution we architect meets our high standards.Marty's favorite music is 80s and 90s rock and when he's not writing code or throwing someone on a mat, he enjoys life with his wife, Ruth, and their daughter.
