Dan graduated summa cum laude with dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, with a fully paid scholarship courtesy of GM. Getting back to his roots in North Carolina, Dan served as application development director for the largest Microsoft Business Solutions Partner in the Carolinas. Though Microsoft singles out only a handful of their 4,000 global partners, Dan led his development team to win two of these coveted Pinnacle awards. Dan was approached after giving a presentation at a Microsoft user group and was asked to build a custom logistics application for a local company. Not long after, Dan, John and Steve created Logical Advantage.Dan focuses his energies on technology and perfecting our proprietary I.R.I.S.™ technical screening process. He serves as LA's Chief Technical Officer and also holds a leadership role in the local Microsoft Enterprise Developer's Guild. Dan enjoys the outdoors and camping with his two children.
